University of Utah- Bleed Red

So this past weekend was more eventful than all others in recent memory. My illustrious boss went out of town for a few days of pampering and relaxation...therefore I got his tickets for the University of Utah basketball game. He has season tickets for the best seats in the arena, right by the basketball team, and right behind the west side hoop. We could hear the coach yelling and hear the players shouting plays to each other, which was a new experience. The only unfortunate thing is that because we were in such privileged seats, they never threw free shirts or treats at us, which I think is complete favoritism. Luckily Jon brought dried and cinnamon covered apples to treat us all. Anita and I were completely focused on the game, Jon and his friend Mark were scouting out the ladies...at least I hope that's what they were trying to do (wink)

We won by a large margin, and were always ahead on the scoreboard which might have made it a little boring, but we were so close to the action that I didn't even look at the scoreboard. After our victory we celebrated by going to the Old Spaghetti Factory. Overall it was great weekend for the U as we won a football game against Wyoming with a score of 50-0. GO UTES!!
